Through the My Starbucks Rewards program customers earn stars, drinks, and collectable achievements by taking valuable guided actions either in store,mobile app, or Starbucks.com. The BigDoor and Starbucks teams combined forces create an updated MSR program including a redesign of their desktop and mobile user experiences. Both of our teams worked hard to meet strict brand guidelines surrounding the MSR brand and developed new interfaces allowing Starbucks to expand the program's scope and use.
